I’m a researcher focused on emerging technology, public policy, and economic development. I examine how institutions adopt new technologies and what that means for work, entrepreneurship, and access to opportunity.
Currently, my work centers on innovation ecosystems, digital entrepreneurship, and the policies that help local economies adapt and grow.
I’m based in Arizona, where I spend a lot of time thinking about place and community.
